It's a shame there's no option to score different aspects of DT individually because those experiences are completely different.- Diversity Travel's booking page and user experience is absolutely horrible. The website is extremely slow (and it's not the fault of my internet), the flights are overpriced, there's no flexibility, and often there's no option to choose your own luggage or seat. - score: 1.- DT's customer service: score 5. I was recently assisted by Hashim and he was brilliant. If it wasn't for his excellent customer service, quick responses, and pro-activeness, the average score would've been much lower than a 3.
