I made an investment in the fund back in July 2020, fully aware of its illiquid nature and the expectation of no returns for five years. However, I stopped receiving updates in 2024 after receiving a letter. Since then, the investor portal has not provided any information about the fund's status. I frequently receive emails encouraging further investments, but attempts to reach out through the portal result in error messages. Despite multiple attempts to contact the support team via the website, I have received no replies. The phone number provided is also non-functional. I lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but the response from the company was vague and failed to address my concerns. This level of communication is unacceptable for any investor. I have been investing for many years and have never faced such a lack of transparency. I'm also concerned about the current registered agent since the last one resigned in February 2025. I seek clarity on why there is no communication or access to our portfolios, and if there are issues affecting investors, they should be disclosed. Desired outcome: I would like a direct response regarding my investment and real-time access to my portfolio. I want to know the current status of the fund and whether it is set to be dissolved in December 2025 as mentioned.
