I really wish I could give them a negative review. I have never had such a repeatedly bad experience in trying to pay anyone. First if you want to pay down the principal (which if you can I recommend since their finance rate is super high) you can only do it on the first. If you don't they only apply the extra payment amount to interest - that is not normal in my experience. Secondly, If you want to pay online on the first their portal appears not to recognize you. Your passwords are always incorrect and the answers to your security questions are always wrong. This is not occasionally but every single month since the beginning of the loan. Honestly I would have refinanced this after a couple of months, except for COVID and not wanting to rock the boat financially - but now that things are more stable - it's time to get rid of this bad decision.
