But I am absolutely floored by the exceptional customer service!I had discovered a bug that wasn’t displaying things the way I expected. I tried troubleshooting on my own with no success, so I reached out to support. The first person couldn’t solve the issue, so they escalated my case to a higher tier of support. When it became clear that it was indeed a bug, they passed it along to their developers. To my surprise, within the week they had found a solution, implemented it for me, and even let me know the fix would be included in the next update!It’s rare to see a plugin team follow through on an issue like this, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate their support. They are absolutely fantastic to work with. :)
