2 weeks in and still no support received on the bug the plugin is generating on my website. Support team always find an excuse to not work on it (the last one I received: support team cannot login with email while I have repeated three times that they should use the username I provided). Strong do not recommend. They sell lifetime support but actually make it so painful that it becomes easier to just get third-party support to fix issues related to divi engine plugins.
