New Update to my review. After clearing up the email problem and the situation where I was mistaken for someone else we were able to identify the bugs and issues I'm facing and the Diviengine team fixed everything in record time and their communication was great. ***************************UPDATE*******************************Bodycommerce could be one of the best e-commerce plugins out there if it weren't for all the bugs. The support is also not great. My emails keep getting rejected by whatever system they're using, and then they tell me it's my emails, not their system. This happens nowhere else except for when I'm emailing Diviengine support. I also explicitly asked David about their plugin ajax filters and if it could accomplish what I was trying to do. I showed him what I was trying to achieve, and he said I should use the Divi Ajax filter, not Bodycommerce. When I ran into a ton of bugs and problems, they got Pete to check, who advised me that I have to buy Bodycommerce to get the result I'm looking for This is after I purchased the Ajax filter plugin from them. I now have another issue, and yet again they blamed external factors when I have already proven it's their plugin, not my site.
