am writing this review after deciding to give Divine Cheats a second chance, and unfortunately, their service has only gotten worse. I already found a reliable spoofer elsewhere but decided to retry Divine just to see if things had improved. They haven’t.First, the product simply does not work as advertised. The setup process is ridiculously long and filled with unnecessary steps, which makes the fact that the spoofer ultimately fails even more frustrating. After going through the entire convoluted process, my serials only partially changed—two of them remained completely untouched, rendering the spoofer useless.The most unacceptable part of this company, however, is their customer service. The support is painfully slow and virtually nonexistent. The only representative who even bothers to reply is "Kermit," and even his responses are completely unhelpful. Once I informed the support team that the spoofer failed to change all of my serials and that I was still banned, I was blatantly ignored. I followed up multiple times over several days and received absolute silence.This is clearly how they operate, as my brother purchased from them and experienced the exact same issue: the spoofer failed to change a few serials, he reached out for support, and he was completely ignored.If a company is going to charge for a product, they need to provide a product that works and support staff that actually helps their customers. Divine Cheats needs to either fix their broken spoofer and overhaul their support team, or shut the company down entirely.Save your time, your money, and your PC. Do not buy this. There are far better alternatives on the market that actually do what you pay for.
