Cannot trust their certificates.
Ordered a "government-certified"Nepal-origin 7-face rudrakha. Received 7-face rudraksha but certificate said Indonesian origin. When I complained that I have received wrong item, they offered to send (by Whatsapp) another certificate saying it is of Nepal origin. Jokers. Reveals how bogus their certification is.
