I placed my order on 02/07/2026 and received my song on 02/11/2026. The song was good but I wanted to edit a few parts. For an example, my son’s name is pronounced wrong, 17 years together should be 18 instead, and a few other minor things. I understand it’ll be an entire new recording to do for the singer and he did amazing, but this purchase was not cheap as well to have it be sang incorrectly. I sent a message to Customer Service on 02/12/2026 but have yet to hear back. There’s no way to download my song so I paid an additional 9.99 to have it be put on Spotify. I don’t even use this App but I had download it into my phone awaiting. I have yet to receive an update or email. I’m a bit disappointed. I am considering on requesting for a refund. I am rating it four-stars because the male singer’s vocals otherwise I would have scored lower.
