Your instructions on how to file in VA are incorrect. I had to spend more than the $89 filing fee on having to redo things you described incorrectly in the instructions. Not only that, but I have to go a second time to file more documents when I didn't have to do it. Also, the online notarization process is terrible and took forever and I was charged more than the $25 you stated. Not recommending your service!
