Bought a property through Dixons has a first time buyer and even decided to use David Smith for my Mortgage and I can say what a lovely man he is, he did all the hard work and running around, kept me updated at all times right until I had my house keys so thank you to him, will definitely be using him again and recommending him to all. When initially putting an offer on the house, I felt when it came to the price Zoe was playing on the fact I really liked the house and wanted it and so games were being played and I ended up paying £5k over the asking price which I really regret because when moving into the house, I found so many problems. When I spoke to Zoe about dodgy Electric work with a fake certificate given, she ignored it and said she can't do anything, even thou the person who sold the property is well known to Dixons. Highly advise everyone to paid and get a survey completed and not just rely on the Bank to theirs.
