Fast delivery was the only positive. My issue is that the Apprehend that I ordered was packed with the smallest ice pack. It was melted and warm. The Apprehend was warm as well. I'm questioning if the spores survived since it clearly states to not store above 77 degrees! I'm done with these guys. The first time I ordered they never included an Ice pack. We all know how hot it gets in Florida!
