I ordered a product with next day shipping, but there was a significant delay. While I knew this wasn't likely the business's fault, I did call to request a partial refund for the shipping since it took about as long as the free shipping did. The customer service agent was extremely accommodating and refunded me immediately; if I ever needed anything pest control related, I would return to them knowing that they are reliable and are willing to make things right for the customer in these sorts of cases.
