This is a real review from a real user of the site.When you place your order, simply walk away and wait to hear from a sales person responding with tracking numbers. Don't do like I did and 'OCD' check the status, and then panic when the status says "unfulfilled". The website can indicate an error if you check the status. Don't sweat it. I canceled four transactions with two different credit cards thinking I had credit card problems. My card was charged each time. It's just the way the website displays the status. The funds were reversed back to my credit cards 100% of the time. Through all the credit card problems that I thought I had, the personnel I was in communication with had hearts made of gold. They were very good with communication and professional. I believe wholeheartedly that DJIusa.com is an official DJI operation. Rest assured that your gear will come quickly from their warehouse in California.
