I was a long-term customer, but the service over the past four months has been extremely poor. Numerous calls and messages have gone unanswered, and I was charged extra on my last treatment with no refund or explanation.After years of loyalty, this lack of communication and professionalism is very disappointing. It feels like they no longer value my business. Would not recommend based on my recent experience.
