Hello, I bought a DMA card and Fuser with a Mini PC from them. At first, until I paid, whenever I wrote in Telegram, they would respond very quickly. I asked several questions about pricing, shipping, and other things, and they answered me immediately. But after I paid 700€, they started replying only once every two or three days. When my package arrived, I ran into an issue, so I sent them a PM saying, "Can you help me? I got this error, I don’t know what to do." After two hours, they replied, "It’s late now, I’ll help you tomorrow." The next day, in the morning, I checked to see if it was working and sent them another PM: "Can you help me?" I waited until the afternoon, but they didn’t reply. Then I wrote again, "I’ll have to spam you until you see my message and reply." After that, they answered and said, "I’m busy right now, I’ll PM you when I’m done." But it’s been two days now, and they still haven’t replied. These are resellers, and they don’t even know how to solve my problem—that’s why they’re not responding. Anyone who buys from them will regret it and lose their money.
