We just completed and moved into our new home and been working with Kathy and the rest of the team since the back end of 2019, who overall have been really helpful, straightforward to deal with and do what they can do to get things done. Kathy gave us good advice on the local area and schools, she was prompt with her communication, and she tried her best to intermediate when things got a bit hairy during lockdown with all the delays and difficulties.
