I registered on DMarket to sell a skin. The selling process itself worked, but the real problem starts when you try to withdraw your money.
To withdraw funds, they require verification. I successfully passed the ID step using my driver’s license without any issues. However, when it comes to address verification, the process becomes completely broken.
I submitted:
An official government-issued residence certificate
A bank statement with my address
A second bank statement from another bank
All documents were valid and clearly showed my address. Each time, their system (most likely an automated bot) reviewed the document for about a minute and then rejected it without any clear explanation.
There is no proper feedback, no manual review, and no way to understand what exactly is wrong. You are just stuck in an endless loop of rejections.
On top of that, the platform redirects you to a third-party verification service, which makes the whole process even more questionable and frustrating.
At this point, it feels like the platform intentionally blocks withdrawals by making verification impossible.
Very bad experience. Cannot recommend this service.
