Had a love experience with DM Carpet clean today. Well call them again if and when needed. Tom, was very helpful and understanding. He explained everything. And showed us after doing a little to see if we was happy with the way it was going. He moved the sofa himself and put it back as it was, as we wanted that part of the carpet cleaned. Before he went again he asked if everything was ok and what we have to do and not do and what is best. Overall we are a happy and satisfied customer.
