Unbelievable service. Because of a shipping issue with the carrier, they found what I needed in another inventory location and delivered it to my hotel the NEXT DAY as I had left my house for a wedding. They had already helped me with an UK delivery purchased from the US, but gave extra effort to solve the issues the same day that my order didn't arrive. They did not cause the issue but they took it upon themselves to solve it. Does your current clothier do that?Everyone I dealt with was PERSONABLE,, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and POLITE.
