I have ordered a beach towel in a small bag and have been debited but haven’t received the towel. I have contacted the company but no response. It was for a birthday present. Unfortunately I needed it tomorrow.If I ever receive it I will have to return it. Problem solved we've had a full refund . Thank you Geraldine
