I really wanted to like Dock & Bay, but unfortunately, the customer service experience has completely ruined it for me.I’ve had an ongoing issue, and their team takes several days to reply—if they reply at all. When they finally do respond, it’s clear they’ve not actually read or understood the issue, and I’m just sent a generic or irrelevant response. There’s no accountability, no follow-through, and no sense of urgency.To make things worse, even the most basic problems turn into a slow, frustrating cycle of repeating yourself. It’s as if the customer’s time and patience don’t matter.And just to be clear: I’m not writing this to get a copy-and-paste “we’re sorry to hear this” reply. I’m sharing my experience so other people know what to expect.
