Part of my order is missing - I messaged immediately via the contact page on Friday 25th 2025.No response by Monday 28th. I sent a complaint via the help desk . No one has made contact. The towels look great , but if you have a problem the process is slow , which is a surprise for an online company in this digital age . Just send the towel that is missing from my bundle !!
