The pricing structure is very confusing. Even after subscribing to Premium and buying additional credits, I was often prevented from downloading documents. Points are prominently displayed but frequently do not provide access. The system seems designed to encourage repeated payments rather than offer genuine access. I regret my subscription and wouldn't recommend it.
