No support service to patients (France). In my case to solve the issue of uploading a prescription from my doctor. Phone number : no-one to answer, just an automated machine leading you back to the standard FAQ on the website (which we had already read, you stupid !). Contact email (found on the web but not on the website) : more than 10 days waiting for an answer. Answer came to tell me that my request was closed... Unacceptable for a company which has acquired a monopoly in France.
