Terrible customer service, placed my order on the 10th and missed the delivery, paid for redelivery on the 16th. It’s now the 1st and I still don’t have my medication. Complete radio silence from customer service even with multiple emails asking for updates. I’ve even offered to “refill” the order and pay full again and cancel the redelivery. but again zero response from the company, starting to wonder if they’re real company.
