Made an order back in June 2024, luckily paid on my credit card. Item was sent to random delivery places over the country instead of our home, which I wasn’t made aware of, the item was then returned back to the company and they asked for an alternative delivery address which I gave which was agreed on. They sent the item back out and again no delivery. The item was rejected by a depo over an hour away and returned to company instead of being delivered anywhere. dokteronline now want me to pay £14.95 for them to re send it or they’ll destroy it. The person who I spoke to was called Simon was making up continuous lies such as I agreed the delivery address which luckily I could prove otherwise. Overall terrible company. Not professional. Luckily could charge back the payment to my account or I’d be out of pocket
