I stupidly supported this company through Indiegogo 2(!) years ago…. They already selling their products through Amazon at a lesser price and free shipping. I have never received my item. I’ve contacted Indiegogo (who on my behalf made DrTrigger to respond). DrTrigger have send me a link (claiming that I’ve failed to complete a mandatory survey. Checked my emails three times- they’ve never send me one) for the survey in order to receive the promised and paid for set. Anyway, I used the link and went through all the steps adding in the end a storage bag for the Rocker 2.0 set. My guess because of that action the actual set has disappeared from the order. I have received only storage bag and now my order is listed as complete. Link does not work and there is no way to contact anyone. I’ve reached out to the Indiegogo support again. About a year ago I’ve asked the campaign owner to reimburse me as I didn’t want to wait anymore for his product. The owner replied to me that he cannot give me my money back as he used it for the production. But if he thinks it’s ok to take money from people and to never fulfill the promises to give them back the actual product, when he is nothing but a scammer!!!!Run from this company. There is nothing true to them, no value, no decency or the honesty. I’m questioning the owner being a Doctor as well. Disgusting practice and business to deal with…!
