I wish I had checked the reviews before throwing my money into the black hole that is this company. They proudly advertise "easy returns"—which is hilarious, because they seem to have redefined "easy" to mean "impossible unless you enjoy being ignored indefinitely." Good luck getting a response from their non-existent customer service.Shipping? Oh, you mean the exorbitant fee they charge to maybe send your package to the right address? And if they don’t? Well, that’s your problem, obviously. They’ll happily blame you while washing their hands of any responsibility. The best part? If your package is returned to them due to their incompetence, don’t expect a refund—just a lighter wallet and a lot of frustration.And for all the Kickstarter backers who supported this company in good faith—congratulations, you’ve been royally scammed. They charged backers nearly double for shipping, only to turn around and offer the same "exclusive" product at a lower cost to new customers. Absolute betrayal.Avoid this company like the plague. If a business refuses to list a phone number, dodges customer service inquiries, and has a trail of furious customers in its wake, that’s a massive red flag.
