Firstly their communication by email is absolutely appalling, it took a week to recieve a reply. I wasn't always able to phone them. Secondly I had to cancel the insurance because I needed to add a person on and they wouldn't do that. I was told on the phone that I was due a refund, this was confirmed in an email (it doesn't say that this could change). A month goes by and still no refund. I chased it up and within a day I had a phone call to say I'm no longer entitled to a refund, instead I owe them almost £60! Seems a coincidence that when I chased them for money I suddenly owed them, after a month of no communication! Utterly disgraceful!
