Starting off I had the sweetest most patient person stay on the line with me named Brittany in sales who reassured me of everything that’s done in the training program. She understood I was sketchy due to a past issue with another dog place and answered all my questions perfectly to have me feel it was the best option and went out of her way to make me her first costumer of the day so I was able to make the payment for my dog. The entire process went smoothly which is something I always look for when reviewing an industry to say the least. Brittany ensured they met all my expectations and had the service I needed even coming to my home to train my dog and having me there along side her. Brittany was one of the best people I had met in costumer service and I’m so happy she had been the person to pick up that phone. I cannot wait to see the progress for my dog I’m really excited I’ve made this decision.
