⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Experience — Thankful for the Team at the Training Service I had an incredible experience with the training service, particularly with the team members. Initially, I believed my rescue dog needed an intensive program, but the professionalism and empathy of the representative encouraged me to consult further before deciding. A team member dedicated 45 minutes to discuss my dog's history, carefully listening and explaining the latest insights in dog training. He helped me realize that sending my dog away for a quick fix could be detrimental, especially given her past experiences. This advice completely shifted my viewpoint. Thanks to their honesty and expertise, I opted out of the boarding program, which saved me a significant amount of money and, more importantly, safeguarded the bond I’m developing with my dog. The team then introduced me to another knowledgeable and supportive member who guided me through the lifetime training program, equipping us with the necessary tools to grow and learn together. I walked away from this experience thoroughly impressed. They were professional, compassionate, genuinely dedicated, and clearly focused on what’s best for both dogs and their owners. Five stars and heartfelt thanks to the team. My dog and I now have a thoughtful, science-based training plan for our journey ahead.
