Just like everyone else has said. Ordered in July, initially correspondence was good with regular updates, the last advising the bed would arrive in a few days, then nothing. I've emailed twice and received nothing back. Definitely been scammed. To make it worse there was no option to pay with PayPal for that added bit of security so can't even claim my money back. I'd give zero stars if I could. The website must have been a scam with all the fab reviews on, it now doesn't exist!
