Website is a little clunky, but the service is excellent! Bought a scooter on Black Friday sale, sadly was actually out of stock. The team emailed and I was asked to ring the store and genuinely this led to one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. The guy on the phone offered support and advice, guidance on options available and offered upfront to simply refund if we couldn’t find a replacement we were happy with. Gave us a upgraded model for £30 more at no cost, talked me through options for protection and ramps and discounted those as well. Next day delivery received. Couldn’t recommend them more!!
