I was interested in what was advertised as authentic items but received something entirely different. The website depicted the genuine product, and the reviews suggested authenticity. However, what I got was not what was promised. They are clearly engaging in bait and switch tactics. When I attempted to return the item, they offered a discount for another product but required me to pay for shipping back to another country. It's baffling how this company is still operating.
