Everything is great, the boxes are always full of goodies for me and my fur baby. I started the subscription bc they were offering a free camera so I can watch my furbabies but I NEVER received it. I was very disappointed bc of that. Promised a free gift for joining and never received it. Otherwise it is wonderful.
