I ordered clothes for my pup last summer. Firstly they took over 2 months to come… by which time my pup had grown! Secondly the transfer on the dog face was peeling before I’d even opened it. I complained to them and after weeks of them not opening my messages or getting back to me, they finally sent out a new one… which was smaller than the one I’d previously ordered. So had to return it.I thought I’d give them a second chance as did like the booties that I finally received. Bad mistake!!… over 2 months later, I am still waiting for my items. Got an email 2 months ago to say the order had been dispatched. I’ve tried emailing, messaging on Instagram and no replies. I had refrained from writing this review but enough is enough… will not be ordering again. Bad merchandise and bad customer service!
