I ordered the LED dog collar, and paid through PayPal, then waited 40 days as instructed. Then 50 days. Then 60 days. After 70 days I emailed, and like others I was just asked to "confirm my email address". I've had another email since then, full of apologies, but still no collar and no solution. They just say my collar "got stuck at a depot" and now can't be sent. No refund offered. I've now done my research and found hundreds of on-line complaints about this scam. Don't waste your money.
