I received my dog stroller and it is broken. I just want to exchange it for a new one. I have sent several emails, with pictures, over the past couple weeks and heard from them once asking for my address. I can not get any assistance. The stroller is nice, but I can’t get any help.Update-I heard from them and said they would send me a new one.
