AVOID: So far I am VERY unimpressed with this company. I made a purchase over 2.5 weeks ago and had the confirmation of order, and confirmation the order has been shipped and yet no parcel has arrived. I have contacted the customer service department (email only, no phone numbers to be found) for them to respond to say someone will be in touch the same day (automated email). 4 days later, and surprise surprise, no communication. I am not sure whether this is a genuine business or not. My advice would be to avoid this “company” and spend your money elsewhere as right now I am £12.00 down and still no dog tag.
