Using DOJO payments has been a game changer for my pizzeria. We integrate with BLINQ POS and the user friendly systems work perfectly together, allowing bills to be settled in one quick table side process. Settling split bills and takeaway orders is a breeze too and we love how the integrated system closes tables and takeaway orders as soon as payment is made, eliminating tge need to close tables manually on the POS, saving time and eliminating mistakes.
The DOJO sidekick app is super useful for finding transactions, viewing reports and even taking payments through the iPhone during busy periods when another payment machine is needed or off site. There’s also heaps of useful info on tge app and it’s so easy to use.
Our customer service rep Rebecca Hobson has been amazing from setup to supporting us throughout these first couple of weeks using DOJO. She has always been available to answer literally any question I had about the system and made the whole setup super easy, quick and even found a better rate on transactions than we were paying with UTP. With all the additional functionality from DOJO, switching was 100% a no brainier.
Setting up PCI compliance and integrating with EPOS is an absolute breeze and literally takes just a few clicks.
I’m sure that Rebecca and the DOJO team must be working super hard behind the scenes so that we, the customers, hardly need to lift a finger to get this system setup and enjoy the multiple benefits of using DOJO. Probably the easiest five stars I’ve ever given. 😁👍
