I'm trying to return them, but they want me to cover the return costs. They claim they lose money on returns, but I lose more by paying for them. One employee offered a prepaid return label, but the next email stated they couldn't provide it, again citing their supposed losses. I'm now exploring legal options since they have not honored their contractual agreement regarding the return label.
