I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. Items on the shelves have clear price tags, but at the register, a different amount is charged. When I highlighted the price on the product, the staff refused to acknowledge it and behaved as if it was not their concern. This is misleading for customers, and the manner in which it was addressed was unprofessional and dismissive. Expecting accurate pricing and basic courtesy shouldn't be too much to ask. Until the store resolves its pricing inconsistencies and trains staff to treat customers with respect, I will not return.
