A very unlucky spot to put it lightlyThey failed to notice the defect that was clearly visible from the factory photos. They kept saying that a simple repair will fix the issue so a repair kit including tpe to be sent*the repair kit has failed to arrive fullyOne should not have to repair a brand new product, its brand new for christ sake ! Even if the repair which is very invasive for the doll and intially will widen the hole as tpe melts the surrounding area, actually sticks somewhat, the area will always remain a weak spot. *Not to forget the toxic fumes that are produced during melting tpeI AM NOT risking making the hole worse ! Dollpimp/6Ye keep insisting this technique (melt-tpe)is the superior/professional to fix this. *I discussed this beforehand with people who are no strangers to doll-repairs, they also were of the opinion that this defect will continue prove difficult to fully heal.Conclusion:"A superior method of doing repairs does not make up for the inexperienced hands"If your method is so great then arrange for doll-repair service to come to my place and fix the hole that went over your head or sent a new body as compensation. I am open to discuss this, we were able to come to an agreement in the past.
