Mad a genuine mistake with a size on an order tried to rectify this literally the day after , was told they couldn’t do anything and would have to re order and just return the other ones , when we did this it then turned out it would cost over £40 to return the wrong ones and they would only give us store credit but didn’t tell me this till after we tried to return them and wouldn’t help at all with the return costs so I’ve got two items and one is useless , Also they wouldn’t have even packaged the first one so they could have just cancelled it if they wanted too , All conversations have been blunt and non helpful the whole way through just repeating the same useless statements and not once offering any help at all
