I still haven’t received an update on my order that I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago. I emailed the protection company and they replied saying Dollskill will be in touch shortly to send me a code for store discount, but that’s a bit pointless when I only wanted my halloween costume from them.I’d still happily use the costume for next year maybe but that’s not the point, I’ve asked for a refund at least and I can’t get one. I would like to know where my parcel is!! Not only that but I’ve had an email asking to review the item and I haven’t even received it. So stupid
