Broken promises and fake “policies”Order delayed for ages, items cancelled, and instead of refunding my card they dumped part of the money onto a useless voucher I never agreed to , then later said the voucher was “forfeit.” Their own pages don’t even say that. Weeks of being ignored then scripted replies and being told to close my card dispute before they’ll help. I still don’t have my money back for the items they never sent (or the basic postage on those items) plus they charged me an extra insurance fee that wasnt reimbursed despite my never having agreed to it. What good was that insurance anyway? None at all since I didnt get my order or my money back. Honestly, save yourself the headache and shop somewhere that refunds to your card like the law says. All the reviews here are all saying the same thing avoid...by the way their stuff is apalling quality.
