EDIT: I wrote the contact form again today and got a better response to replace the item with gift card and I didn’t need to pay to ship the other item back. I think the AI didn’t know how to handle my original request, but the issue was resolved by reaching back out. Original: They sent me the totally wrong item and then expect me to pay to ship it back when it was their mistake. They’re saying it’s because I didn’t pay for their 360° protection, but that’s crazy because they were the ones who sent me the wrong item. They also don’t offer refunds, only gift cards.
