I love the bags from Dolls Kill. I buy them often! Never had an issue, the bags are usually pristine (I own over 20 DK bags). This time, I had 3 bags in my order and, 2 were damaged. Again, I order often and have never had an issue! I messaged support and was met back with a message pretty quickly! Took a bit between responses but eventually we chatted back and forth and agreed on store credit. I expected a few bucks but they were very generous and took care of me! Paige was great and efficient! I appreciate the level of customer service received!
