So I am going to a disco concert on the 22nd of March, I had been on the hunt for a sequin jumpsuit and came across one on Dolls Kill- i read the reviews bc- duh you ALWAYS should, and in the reviews there was mention of it having stretch to the material- many mentions as a matter of fact! Well, I thought "great, I'll get my normal size" which is a medium. So it came in the mail and I went to try it on and ABSOLUTELY not, there was ZERO stretch so that was a lie! Here I am panicking bc now i have to send it back and exchange it for a bigger size- which i went 2 sizes up to be safe! I contacted Customer service bc i was panicking that I would not recieve it on time! They were amazing the entire time, my exchange came a couple days ago- March 10th, and i was so happy about that! Customer Service said they would escalate my exchange and would get it to me asap- which they absolutely did! Their customer service team was amazing and they don't get enough credit and appreciation for what they do! THANK YOU to those who i interacted with while panicking over making sure I got the new one before the show! Also, idk why girls at 5'10 5'11 said it was still to long for them, I am about 5'8 and it just touches the ground for me- this is a LEGIT and HONEST review, I just want others to have the full transparency before purchasing! It's also BEAUTIFUL!!
